My parents became Christians when I was an infant and so from when I can remember I've been exposed to the teachings of Jesus. When I was 6 years old I remember praying to accept Christ in the backseat of my mom's car.
Shortly after, difficult circumstances and moves to three different cities left me disconnected from church and fellowship with other Christians, but my awareness of God's love and and the truth of what Jesus had done never disappeared.

When I was 17 I began talking to a friend about my relationship with God and through these discussions, found a church where I felt welcomed and as though I was a contributing part of the church body. That summer I went on a youth mission camp with the youth group and God showed me that knowing Jesus wasn't just about accepting his sacrifice as true, but about giving my life over to him wholly. Since then, I have been walking with Jesus as my centre and it has taken me places I've never expected.

In 2004 I graduated with a degree in Middle Childhood Education, but God showed me that I wasn't to be a teacher. I ended up serving with Agape UK in Liverpool for two years, evangelising to university students from all over the world and discipling christians who are hungry to grow. Through this experience God has given me a deep desire to see every Christian equipped to be a deep-rooted follower of Jesus who invests in God's kingdom by sharing our Good News with anyone and everyone!
